初めてかも知れませんが、今日は幼い頃よりとっても親しみのある、がしかし全く不慣れでもある日本語でつれづれなるままに書いてみたいと思います。
3月27日金曜日のＵＦＯクラブにご来場してくださいました皆様、真にありがとうございました。
これからもご贔屓いただけますよう尽くして精進して参りたいと思います。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
さて、今日は一つ報告したいことがあります。
僕らカツオマティックデスは来たる2009年5月27日にアルバム"WhoreMotherGoddess"を
Ｍｕｓｉｃｍｉｎｅからリリースいたします。此方のレーベルは過去にギターウルフさんやＤＭＢＱさんやロマンポルシェさん、ＤＪワダさん、ケンイシイさんなどを発掘した老舗のレーベルです。このような立派な先輩方がいらっしゃった中にカツオが仲間入りさせていただけるということ、本当に感謝しております。ご声援を送くり続けてくださいました皆様のお陰だと信じています。これからは少しだけ活動範囲が広くなると思いますが、これからもお変わりなくご声援いただけますよう一心不乱に猛進して行きたいと思います。
つきましてはリリースの4日後の2009年5月31日に代々木のZher the Zoo にてレコ発イベントを催すこととなりました。少年ナイフさん、Ｂｕｆｆａｌｏ Daughterの山本ムーグさん、が出演者として応援に駆けつけてくれる予定になっております。カツオは彼らが20年前に辿った同じ道を辿っているに過ぎません。本当にすさまじい先輩方達であります。こうして日本で同じ舞台に立てるとは夢にも思いませんでしたが、やるからには負けてはいられません、がんばるのみです。追って詳細は告知させていただきますので是非ともお見逃しのないようお願いいたします！
さてさて話し脱線します。これまでカツオはずっと英語ウェブでやってまいりましたが、終に日本語のウェブも「7年目」にしてようやくつくらなければならない時期がやってきたようです。カツオの中でペレストロイカが勃発中でして、これに乗じてドラムの吉村にリーダーを任せてしまいたい勢いです。そして彼女がリーダーになった途端、これまでの悪態を理由に僕はクビにされ、その後にうっかりバンドが売れてしまったりなんかしたら最高に面白いような気がします、バンド的に。悪い冗談のように聞こえますかね？僕はそんなフラナリー・オコナー的展開が大好きだったりします（笑）。日本語ウェブ楽しみにしておいてくださいませ。
まとまりがつかなくなりましたが、5月のカツオ楽しみにしてください。話題盛りだくさんになるはずです。
さぁ今日も Go Forth and Thrash!ですね。

Who'da "21st Century Rambo X"man?

He will be beginning with us a bassist from the gig on the 27th with Ra:in.
What a great day to start a carrier. I kinda feel bad for him, but I guess he was doomed that way ever since he joined our German Tour in 2007 and open acted 21 shows for us. He was the the guitarist+vocal of No shicore, a Japanese hard-core experimental unit, do you remember? He wore pink underwear and leather boots nothing and a torn-a-part mickey mouse t-shirt. It is always hard to tell what he is into, but I liked the way he never let me feel "impossibility." He must either really dumb or some kind of a genius. But what is most striking is that, he is almost half our age and still keep up to our standards.... which only tells me that Yuka and I
just aren't our age...
anyway, we were on the road together that summer for 8000km North to South, East to West, all over Germany and went through alot of scary shit together where we sensed immideate death at times in the middle of no where, where roads weren't even there.
A wild mixture is happening at this time in the band, and a new window has just opened up, in the long history of the Cats. Be our witness.

There is a national allergy toward English language and I just don't know why so many people takeEnglish band names and often miss spell them, though I often like bands that miss spell their themselves. Cool, if, they mean it, and not if they aren't.

Then what is our alternative? Will we ever get to know it if we stay here?
Do we need to talk to Marx again?
Do we need a whole new system for logic and rhetoric that kills our lusts?
Do we need to stop?
I need to get outta here. Now.
I need to drop my fundamental desires
I need to get outta here, to where nothing works of what I know how
I want to kill my body that desires so badly.
I don't want to hurt you anymore.
Let's get out of there again. to an alternative universe, people in the universe
That was what my desires had led me to think, today, here, in this universe.
